MOUNT RUCKUS KENNELS WELCOMES YOU

     Mount Ruckus Kennels is a beautiful 10 acre home located on the top of historical Signal Mountain, right outside of Chattanooga TN.  I strive to bring healthy, functional, amazing family companions that can go from your couch to the competition fields if your heart and drive so desires. In our program, we have carefully selected proven functional american bullies to be included. We are building our line and lean heavily more towards the APBT style yet larger and can still compete in sports like weight pull, dock diving, scent work, or protection work.  We want to bring in more driven functional bullies so we can also take to the ring while still having the ability to compete in barn hunts, rally, and luring. Our dogs are toy and handler driven so we hope to be able to produce puppies that if placed in proper and willing hands will help provide the right opportunity to compete in sports.
     We are a member of Good Dog and have been awarded with the ‘Excellent’ Breeders badge. We health test all breeding stock as well as potential breeding stock in our program. We test through The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, as well as with PennHip, Canine HealthCheck, and Embark.
